Building Better Financial Habits Since 2019
We started with a simple idea: make budget categorization less overwhelming for small businesses in the Philippines. What began as spreadsheet consulting has grown into comprehensive financial planning education.
Our Story Through the Years
From helping a few local businesses organize their expenses to developing structured learning programs that serve entrepreneurs across Metro Manila.
The Beginning
Started as a one-person consulting practice in Makati, helping local restaurants and retail shops organize their daily expenses. Most clients were using handwritten ledgers or basic calculators.
First Workshop Series
Launched weekend workshops at community centers after realizing many business owners faced similar challenges. Taught 40 entrepreneurs how to set up proper budget categories using accessible tools.
Digital Learning Platform
Moved workshops online during the pandemic and discovered people preferred learning at their own pace. Developed our first structured course combining video lessons with practical exercises.
Expanded Curriculum
Added advanced modules covering cash flow forecasting and seasonal budget planning. Started partnerships with local business organizations to reach more entrepreneurs seeking practical financial skills.
Looking Ahead
Planning comprehensive 12-week programs starting September 2025. Focus remains on practical, actionable education that helps real businesses make better financial decisions without overwhelming complexity.
What Drives Our Teaching
-
Practical Over PerfectWe teach systems that work in real businesses, not theoretical models. If it can't help you next Monday morning, we don't include it.
-
Small Steps ForwardBetter to implement one simple change that sticks than to attempt a complete overhaul that fails. Progress beats perfection every time.
-
Local Context MattersPhilippine businesses have unique challenges. Our examples use familiar scenarios – dealing with cash payments, seasonal variations, family business dynamics.
-
Honest About LimitationsWe won't promise overnight transformations. Good financial habits develop gradually, and we're upfront about what realistic improvement looks like.

Teaching What Actually Works
I spent my first three years in business making every budget mistake you can imagine. Mixed personal and business expenses, forgot about quarterly taxes, had no idea where money actually went each month.
The turning point came when I started treating budgeting like cooking – you need good ingredients (accurate numbers), a reliable recipe (consistent categories), and practice (regular review). No magic, just discipline.
Now we help other business owners avoid those same expensive mistakes. Our students don't become finance experts overnight, but they do gain confidence in their numbers and make better decisions with their money.
Start Simple
Master basic expense tracking before moving to complex forecasting
Use Real Data
Work with your actual business numbers, not generic examples
Review Weekly
Regular check-ins prevent small issues from becoming big problems
